Who we are
This website is operated by Ballarini, Via Risorgimento 3, 46017 Rivarolo Mantovano (MN), Italy. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
What we collect
If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. If you place an order, our official store collects the details needed to process it, such as your delivery address and payment details.
We do not ask for more than we need to answer you or fulfil an order.
Why we use it
We use your details to answer messages, handle warranty requests, process orders and keep the site working. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for our records. Order records are kept for as long as tax and consumer law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your personal data. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows. If you are in the EU, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows the last revision.
